In March 2014, the economics department of Lomonosov State University hosted a forum on the theme ‘Russia’s Oil-free Future’ (НЕСЫРЬЕВОЕ БУДУЩЕЕ РОССИИ) which was in fact a comprehensive attempt to chart a path for all-round Russian economic, industrial and social development which would free it from oil dependency. This post contains the programme of the forum including the speaker list and is an interesting historical document. My presentation, also included, is more or less the same as previous presentations on the role of the creative industries in development but is included for completeness
